Missions

Your tasks :

- Be the main contact for the customer and technical teams
- Carry out weekly monitoring through Operational Monitoring Committees
- Carry out incident reports (P 1 and 2) and follow-up
- Produce incident reports and KPIs
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor changes and defend their passage through the CAB
- Communicate future change plans
- Carry out a review of IT production monitoring and quality indicators
- Carry out monthly monitoring through Steering Committees
- Analyze and suggest actions to improve Production
- Listen to technical teams
- Have a cross-functional vision to detect problems and plan preventive or corrective actions.

Your skills

You have a good command of :

- General technical knowledge in terms of technology (Mainframe, Windows, Linux, telecom, SAN...).
- English language skills

and expertise:

- ITIL and
- Multi-Cloud
