As part of the development of our Niort agency, we are looking for a PMO - Project Management Officer. You will join a highly specialized team in a stimulating environment.
As PMO, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the projects assigned to you. Working directly with our customers in the insurance sector, you will ensure that projects run smoothly by working closely with project managers, development teams, editors, etc.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Project planning and monitoring: define milestones, budgets and resources required for each project. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Team coordination: ensuring communication and collaboration between the various project stakeholders.
- Reporting: draft project progress and monitoring reports for management.
- Process improvement: identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize project management.
- Monitoring team performance (CAF)
You have a degree in project management (Bac+5).
You have a first significant experience as PMO.
You are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall...) and dedicated tools (Jira, MS Project, Clarity, ITBM, Pack office...).
- You are rigorous, organized and an excellent team player.
- You have good communication and negotiation skills.
- You are able to work independently and take the initiative.
