Are you an experienced professional with a passion for project management and organizational excellence?
For a client based in near Brussels, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Officer (PMO) to join their team.
As a PMO, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing their project management processes, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and align with their strategic objectives.
Your Mission:
o Support Project Management: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Provide guidance on project management best practices and methodologies.
o Maintain Project Standards: Develop, implement, and enforce project management standards, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
o Project Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, including progress, risks, and issues. Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o Resource Management: Monitor project resources and ensure that they are allocated effectively. Assist in the scheduling and coordination of project activities.
o Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend and implement best practices and process improvements.

Your Qualifications :
– Education : Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
– Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with a proven track record in supporting project execution and implementing project management processes.
– You speak fluently French and English. Dutch is an asset.
– Skills : Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
– Personal Attributes : Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
