Internal promotion is a lever we use more than regularly, giving you the opportunity to discover another BU, another way of working and other responsibilities. It's also an opportunity for us to take you a step further on our blue flow website.

At some point, a career choice arises: either you continue in expertise, or you move into management... I‍ had an opportunity to evolve into a technical coordinator role that allowed me to keep a foot in each, and then as I liked it, I moved into an SDM role.
