It contains all the information you need on the Group, its Business Units, its commitments and its tools. Simple and easy to read, it should be devoured without moderation.
Your welcome pack
Received immediately after your arrival, it contains a few little accessories to help you settle in and get to know our values.
In particular, it is designed by service providers who comply with our CSR charter and are therefore eco-responsible.
Your 'integration session
In addition to the detailed integration process carried out within your Business Unit and with your manager, within the month of your arrival we offer you a one-hour video session with all the new talents of the month.
The objective? To exchange ideas, get to know each other, go over the information given previously and check that you have access to everything you need.

As mentioned above, integration with us takes place on two levels:
- A first level with your manager, your team within your BU
- A second level within the group with the elements described on this page
