Personal Data Protection Charter
Blue Soft Group pays particular attention to informing you of the conditions under which we undertake to process your personal data, collected and used in order to provide you with services and products adapted to your situation, in compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular:

Some definitions
Blue Soft Group: refers to the parent company of the Blue Soft group and its subsidiaries Daylight Consulting, Projetlys, Ileo Conseil, Ileo Niort, Team Partners, Blue Soft Belgium, Code Insider, Scient and Catalyse IT.

"Personal data" and/or "personal data" means any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person. This may, for example, be a name, telephone number, postal address, e-mail address, etc.

"Processing of personal data" means any operation or set of operations, whether or not carried out using automated processes, applied to personal data or sets of personal data. Examples of personal data processing: data collection, recording, storage, etc.

"Data controller" means any natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing.

"Sub-processor": refers to any natural or legal person who processes personal data solely on the documented instructions of and on behalf of the data controller. Our commitments
The Blue Soft Group, as data controller, respects the following principles:
- Your data is only used for specific purposes related to our various businesses;

How do we use your personal data?
We process your personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and in compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data.

Your personal data is used in particular in the context of asset management advice, underwriting, contract execution and for processing your request. The personal data collected is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, and is not reused for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected.

We may also process personal data for other purposes, subject to prior verification of the relevance of such processing. The other purposes for which we may process your personal data include the following:

- Carrying out the Group's internal control Blue Soft ;
- Carrying out pre-contractual measures taken on your initiative;

- Right of rectification: make corrections and changes to your information when it is inaccurate or incomplete;

In order to facilitate the processing of your request, you must enclose a copy of an identity document bearing your signature, as well as all essential, complete and precise information relating to your request.

We will do our best to respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case within one month of receipt. This period may be extended by two months depending on the complexity and number of requests. We will inform you of any such extension and the reasons for it within one month of receipt of the request.

How long do we keep your personal data?
Each of the Blue Soft Group's data processors undertakes to keep personal data in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The length of time data is kept depends on the purposes for which it is used. For example, the maximum retention period for personal data relating to a contractual relationship is 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

Where is your personal data stored?
Your personal data is intended for use by the Blue Soft Group. It may be transmitted to partners and subcontractors whose intervention is essential to the successful completion of the operations entrusted to them.

Service providers and subcontractors only process personal data on the basis of documented instructions from the Blue Soft Group. No personal data is passed on to third parties for marketing or sales prospecting purposes.

We ensure that our partners and service providers comply with the principles of the regulations in force. We subject them to an obligation of security, confidentiality and compliance with regulations relating to the processing of your personal data in order to ensure its protection. At any time, at our request, our partners and service providers must provide sufficient guarantees as to the implementation of technical and organizational measures to justify the protection of your personal data.

Transfer of data outside the European Union:
In some cases, these subcontractors may be located outside the European Union. If the country has been the subject of an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission, the data is transferred on this basis. Otherwise, transfers to these subcontractors are governed by standard contractual clauses, in line with the models drawn up by the European Commission, or by binding corporate rules.
