In order to facilitate the processing of your request, you must enclose a copy of an identity document bearing your signature, as well as all essential, complete and precise information relating to your request.
We will do our best to respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case within one month of receipt. How long do we keep your personal data?
Each of the Blue Soft Group's data processors undertakes to keep personal data in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. For example, the maximum retention period for personal data relating to a contractual relationship is 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
Where is your personal data stored?
Your personal data is intended for use by the Blue Soft Group. It may be transmitted to partners and subcontractors whose intervention is essential to the successful completion of the operations entrusted to them.
Service providers and subcontractors only process personal data on the basis of documented instructions from the Blue Soft Group. No personal data is passed on to third parties for marketing or sales prospecting purposes.
We ensure that our partners and service providers comply with the principles of the regulations in force. We subject them to an obligation of security, confidentiality and compliance with regulations relating to the processing of your personal data in order to ensure its protection.
