Qualification

During a telephone or video conference call, you'll spend 15 to 30 minutes talking to a member of our recruitment team. It's an opportunity for you to find out more about the Group, the Business Unit and the position for which we're looking for a profile. It's also a chance for us to get to know you and make an initial assessment of practical aspects: your salary expectations, your availability dates and, above all... your desires!

L‍'‍ maintenance

If the qualification has made you want to take a ticket to blue flow, we'll suggest you move on to the interview stage.

It takes place on site or by videoconference, and gives you the opportunity to talk to the person with whom you did the qualification, as well as the manager of the position. It lasts between 40 minutes and an hour. With us, there's no question of a formal interview, no questions about your qualities or potential shortcomings. It's all about understanding your background, introducing you to our opportunity and seeing if we'd like to move in the same direction.

blue flow attracts you, you're about to embark. It's up to us to make sure you have everything you need to join us safely.

For certain profiles, we may ask you to complete a test code, a questionnaire with situational exercises or an interview with a customer. If this is the case, everything will be explained to you in detail during the interview.
