As part of the development of our Niort agency, we are looking for a Business Analyst or AMOA Consultant. You will be part of a highly specialized team in a stimulating environment.
You are familiar with one of the following functional areas: property insurance, personal insurance, claims, assistance, compliance, regulatory...
Are you passionate about analysis and want to play a key role in the transformation and optimization of our customers' processes?
As a Business Analyst or AMOA Consultant, you'll be the bridge between the business and IT.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Needs analysis: Understand business and customer needs by collecting and analyzing information.
- Process modeling: Document and model existing business processes.
- Solution proposals: Identify solutions for optimizing and digitizing processes.
- Writing specifications: drafting clear, precise documents describing functional requirements for development teams.
- Drafting of test plans: recipe book, recipes, bug tracking, etc.
- Change management : Supporting teams in implementing new solutions
Your skills
You have a 5-year higher education qualification.
You have initial experience as a Business Analyst or AMOA Consultant.
- You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- You are a good listener and have good communication skills.
- You have good interpersonal skills and know how to work cross-functionally with the company's various departments.
- You are familiar with process modeling techniques (UML, etc.).
- You are familiar with SQL language, business analysis tools (Power BI, Visure, etc.) and office software (Pack Office).
You are familiar with the insurance, banking or assistance sector.
