Missions
As part of the development of the Niort agency, we are looking for a Project Manager.
Are you a talented, rigorous project manager with a passion for the insurance industry? Join our team and pilot large-scale projects to meet new market challenges!
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Project definition: Define project objectives, scope, schedule and budget in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Project management: coordinate internal and external teams, monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Risk and change management: Anticipate risks, propose solutions and manage scope or schedule changes.
- Communication and reporting: Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress and draft follow-up reports.
- Performance monitoring: Analyze project results and propose improvement measures.
Your skills
Vous êtes titulaire d’un bac+5 en gestion de projet, assurance ou un domaine similaire.
Vous avez une première expérience en tant que Chef·fe de Projet
- You have in-depth knowledge of insurance, assistance or banking products and services.
- You are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and dedicated tools (Jira, MS Project, Pack Office, etc.).
- You are rigorous, organized and have excellent communication skills.
- You are an excellent team player and know how to work cross-functionally.
- You are able to work independently and take the initiative.
