JOB DESCRIPTION
You are an IT expert with strategic vision and excellent leadership skills Join our team as an IT Pilot and orchestrate the digital transformation of one of our customers!
AND CONCRETELY, WHAT ARE THE MISSIONS?
o Identify IT technology and solution requirements and draw up the corresponding investment plan.
o Manage projects: coordinate internal and external teams, monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
o Define and control IT budgets and ensure value for money.
o Monitor CAF (teams' capacity to perform).
o Communicate IT strategy and projects to all stakeholders and influence decisions for better adoption of IT solutions.
THE EXPECTED PROFILE
o You have 5 years' higher education
o You have significant experience as an IT project manager
o You are familiar with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
o You have a strategic vision and a thorough understanding of IS issues.
o You are an excellent leader and know how to motivate and federate teams.
o You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o You are able to work independently and take the initiative.
