Are you an IT expert with strategic vision and excellent leadership skills?
Join our team as an IT Pilot, as part of the development of the Niort agency, and orchestrate the digital transformation of one of our customers!
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Identify IT technology and solution needs and draw up the corresponding investment plan.
- Project management: coordinate internal and external teams, monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Define and control IT budgets and ensure optimization of resources.
- Follow CAF (team-building skills)
- Communicate IT strategy and projects to all stakeholders and influence decisions for better adoption of IT solutions.
Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5
Vous avez une expérience significative sur un poste de Pilote de projet IT
– Vous maitrisez les outils de gestion de projet (Jira, MS Project, …)
– Vous avez une vision stratégique et une compréhension approfondie des enjeux d’un SI.
- You are an excellent leader and know how to motivate and unite teams.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are able to work independently and take the initiative.
