JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about analysis and want to play a key role in the transformation and optimization of our customers' processes? Are you familiar with one of the following functional areas: property insurance, personal insurance, claims, assistance, compliance, regulations...?
As a Business Analyst or Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between the business and IT.
AND CONCRETELY, WHAT ARE THE MISSIONS?
o Needs analysis: Understand business and customer needs by collecting and analyzing information.
o Process modeling: Document and model existing business processes.
o Solution proposals: Identify solutions for optimizing and digitizing processes.
o Drafting specifications: Produce clear, precise documents describing functional requirements for development teams.
o Drafting test plans: Recipe book, recipes, bug tracking, etc.
o Change management: Support teams in implementing new solutions.
THE EXPECTED PROFILE?
o You have 5 years' higher education
o You have initial experience as a Business Analyst or AMOA.
o You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
o You are a good listener and have good communication skills.
o You have good interpersonal skills and are able to work cross-functionally with the company's various departments.
o You are familiar with process modeling techniques (UML, etc.).
o You are familiar with SQL language, business analysis tools (Power BI, Visure, etc.) and office software (Pack Office).
o You are familiar with the insurance, banking or assistance sectors.
