We are looking for a business engineer with significant ESN experience, preferably in the banking sector, to work mainly in the Paris region.
Your tasks:
Part 1: Customer relations
o Open new customer accounts
o Develop business
o Respond to referrals
o Qualify new contacts
o Generate appointments
o In line with the Group's other sales initiatives
Part 2: Call for tenders
o Gather requirements
o Participate with the HR team in the search for profiles
o Qualify internal/external consultants
o Prepare CVs
o Prepare interviews with consultants
Part 3: Follow-up
o Customer follow-up
o Consultant follow-up
o Reporting to management
o Enter data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM
You :
- Higher education (Bac+5)
- First significant experience as a business engineer in an ESN in the banking sector, if possible
- Excellent customer relations skills: listening, empathy, pugnacity
- Rigorous and organized
- Excellent writing skills
- Banking sector experience a plus
