So that we can swim like a fish in blue flow very quickly, we offer our talents a global integration process. In addition, each Business Unit has its own specific bonuses.

You'll receive it by e-mail within a few days of joining our teams. It contains all the information you need on the Group, its BUs, branches and tools. Simple and easy to read, you can devour it without moderation.

Received as soon as you arrive, it contains a few little accessories to help you settle in and get to know our values. In particular, it is designed by service providers in line with our CSR charter and therefore eco-responsible.

In addition to the detailed integration process carried out within your Business Unit and with your manager, within the month of your arrival we offer you a one-hour video session with all the new talents of the month. The aim? Exchanging ideas, getting to know each other, going over previous information and checking that you have access to everything you need.

It's not because people have returned home that we should abandon l‍'‍accompagnement, we need to make it all bear fruit. For me, accompanying talent is like watering a flower.

- A first level with your manager, your team within your BU
- A second level within the Group, with the elements described on this page.
