Objectives :
o Management of standard requests (allocation, decommissioning, data migrations)
o N2/N3 support
o Maintaining infrastructures in operational condition, updating components
o Participation in on-call duty and HNO
Scope of intervention :
o SAN Storage perimeter :
-Linux (RedHat), AIX, HPUX, Windows Server systems
-Brocade SAN (> 100 directors / 10k ports)
-Block storage arrays: EMC² VNX/VMAX, Unity, IBM SVC, Netapp AFF, Hitachi VSP
-File storage arrays : Netapp, Nutanix
o Automation / DevOps :
-Python, Yaml, Ansible
Main tasks :
o Processing incident tickets on time
o Answering phone calls
o Dispatch/Analyze/Process/Report/Follow-up tickets
o Write operating procedures and instructions
o Reporting in the evening before leaving
o Carry out Flashes and morning updates
o Dispatch/Analyze/Process/Report/Follow-up standard requests
o Maintain infrastructures in operational condition, update components
o Automation of actions: python, ansible
o Maintenance of development in operational conditions
